Un cetățean turc a fost declarat persoană indezirabilă pe teritoriul Moldovei pe o perioadă de 15 ani de către Biroul migrație și azil al MAI. Potrivit BMA, bărbatul de 27 de ani a fost dus, la sfârșitul săptămânii trecute, sub escortă de pe teritoriul țării noastre până în țara de origine. Misiunea a fost realizată de către personalul specializat al Biroului migrație și azil, prin intermediul cursei aeriene Chișinău-Istanbul. De la începutul anului, 24 de cetățeni străini din 9 state au fost declarați persoane indezirabile pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova.

Asta pentru că, a fost declarat de către BMA persoană indezirabilă pe o perioadă de 15 ani. Bărbatul în vârstă de 27 de ani se eschiva de la executarea cerințelor legale impuse. Biroul de Migrație și Azil menționează, că anul curent de către autoritatea competentă pentru străini au fost declarați persoane indezirabile pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova - 24 străini din 9 state.

Urmare celor constatate, străinii au fost sancționați contravențional cu amenzi în valoare totală de 24000 lei și au fost obligați să părăsească teritoriului țării în termen de 10 zile, cu aplicarea interdicției de intrare pentru o perioadă de câte 3 ani. În atenția agenților economici, care atrag forțe de muncă de peste hotare, BMA atenționează despre necesitatea respectării cerințelor legislației și documentării străinilor până la inițierea activităților.

Ca urmare, străinii au fost preluați de către ofițerii BMA și plasați la Centrul de plasament temporar până la luarea unei decizii față de ei. Amintim că despre acest caz s-a aflat în dimineața de 31 martie, după ce BMA a plasat un comunicat pe pagina sa oficală.

În cadrul desfășurării acțiunii de prevenire şi combatere a șederii ilegale a cetățenilor străini, ofițerii Biroului Migrație și Azil al Ministerului Afacerilor Interne în cooperare cu polițiști din cadrul Direcției regionale Sud a IGPF, au depistat 4 cetățeni ai Indiei, cu vârstele cuprinse între 23-35 ani, cu ședere ilegală pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. S-a constatat că străinii au intrat legal în Republica Moldova, în baza pașapoartelor naționale, însă ulterior nu au respectat scopul declarat și nu au înaintat demersurile necesare pentru legalizare, șederea lor devenind ilegală. Străinii respectivi urmează să fie returnați în țara de origine, iar instanța de judecată i-a referit în custodie publică, pe un termen de 60 de zile. Acțiunile desfășurate de către autoritatea competentă pentru străini urmăresc asigurarea ordinii şi siguranței cetățeanului prin exercitarea unui control permanent asupra respectării legalității șederii în Republica Moldova a străinilor şi combaterea migrației şi muncii ilegale.
